The right to life is a human right. Our defense of that right is a joyful witness to the beauty and dignity of every human person. The March for Life is an inspiring, peaceful, vibrant, and joy-filled rally of women, men, young people, and children from across the country – and it’s the largest annual human rights demonstration in the world. This year's March will take place on Friday, January 23rd. Although there will not be a bus from the Eastern Shore to the March this year, you can carpool with fellow parishioners to DC or to the Metro stop off Rt. 50 at New Carrolton. NOTICE ... The Youth Ministry Spaghetti Dinner has been postponed until the Spring. More details will be forthcoming soon.

The Fundraising Committee will be selling tickets for a Valentine's Day Raffle over the next few weeks. The basket includes a $350 gift certificate to the White Swan Tavern B & B (Chestertown), a $100 gift certificate to the Watershed Restaurant (Chestertown), a $50 gift certificate to Patti's Petals (Denton), a box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne. Only 50 tickets will be sold at the cost of $20 each. All proceeds will benefit our parish Youth Ministry. Tickets can be purchased during hospitality in the parish hall on Sunday mornings, after any Mass next weekend (1/24-1/25), at the YM Spaghetti Dinner or at the Parish Office.
